Traditionally known as Tŝideldel, Redstone is located 188 km west of Williams Lake, along Highway 20.
To visit the Tŝideldel First Nation, drive approximately two-hours on Highway 20 toward Bella Coola.
Things to do in the area
If you're an outdoor enthusiast, there's no shortage of things to do in the area. Explore your adventurous side with activities like hunting, fishing, mountain biking, skiing, cycling, and more.
If you are visiting in the summer months, make plans to attend the Redstone Rodeo and the Gwetsilh (Siwash) Annual Cultural Gathering. Our Winter Festival is held in February each year.
There are two resorts in the area:
Bendziny Wellness Resort, is owned and operated by Tŝideldel First Nation, and located at 3904 Puntzi Lake Road.
The 12-acre Barney’s Lakeside Resort, which opened in 2016, is located on Puntzi Lake, exactly halfway between Williams Lake and Bella Coola, at 3556 Puntzi Lake Road, Chilanko Forks.
